Writing
Starts at $1.50/word
Jennifer can write articles for your newsletter, important correspondence, direct mail pieces, and corporate communications. Ask for business writing samples.
Editing
Editing can involve high-level developmental editing, which may include rewriting and reorganizing, or it can be a lighter editing touch, which focuses on spelling, grammar, and formatting. Jennifer will discuss the level of editing your project requires and provide an estimate.
In general, heavy editing starts at 6¢/word, and copyediting starts at 3¢/word. The word count will be calculated in Word before editing begins.
Proofreading
Proofreading services start at 1.5¢/word. The word count will be calculated in Word before proofreading.
Ghostwriting

$150/press release
$250/press release plus distribution
Consulting
$125/hour billed in half-hour increments
Payment Terms
Half of the project estimate is due before work begins. The balance is due on completion of the project. If the work required exceeds the estimate, Jennifer will contact the client to discuss a revised estimate before continuing work.
